E02 is an industrial-grade infrared thermal imager module designed for integrated industrial applications. It features a 384×288 resolution uncooled focal plane array detector with a 17μm pixel pitch and a 8–14μm long-wave infrared response band. The module supports high-frame frequency output at 50Hz, 2x/4x electronic zoom, and flexible brightness and contrast adjustment, providing parallel output of PAL analog video and 14-bit raw data (supporting digital formats such as YUV422, BT656, etc.). Its low power consumption is as low as 1.2W, with a startup time of no more than 10 seconds, and a weight of only 42.2g. The dimensions are 28×28×20.5mm (including housing), and it can operate stably in a wide temperature environment of -40℃ to +60℃. It is powered by DC4.5～16V and is widely applicable to industrial inspection, security monitoring, intelligent manufacturing, and embedded system integration.
